New Student Application

Continuing Student Appointment Request

Request Accommodation Letters (This is Temporarily Down-use the Appointment Request)
Current students who have received services from Mesa DSPS within the last year you can request an accommodation letter for the current or upcoming semester through the MyDSPS Portal. Select “Request Accommodation Letter” once you are registered for classes.
