Congratulations on seeking admissions to one of the largest and most successful of California's 110 community colleges. At Mesa College, we take pride in our high academic standards, excellent programs and services, and our personal approach to helping each individual student succeed.


San Diego Mesa College students enjoy a wide and diverse array of day, evening, weekend, hybrid and online courses leading to 176 Associate in Arts, Associate in Science degrees and certificate programs and our newest Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management. Students may also pursue courses and programs of general interest. Because of the college's comprehensive offerings, excellent programs, uniquely talented faculty, and support services, Mesa College enjoys one of the highest student transfer rates in California and the nation.

SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS INTERESTED IN BACHELOR'S PROGRAMS

STUDENTS ENROLLED IN A BACHELOR'S PROGRAM AT SAN DIEGO CITY, MESA, OR MIRAMAR MUST APPLY FOR THE CCPG FEE WAIVER THROUGH THE FAFSA OR CALIFORNIA DREAM ACT APPLICATION.  Per Education Code section 78042(c), students who wish to apply for a California College Promise Grant (CCPG) waiver must submit either a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or a California Dream Act application in lieu of completing the Board of Governors Fee Waiver application.
