Description: This course is the second in a series of four courses in progressive resistive weight training. Emphasis is placed on alternative training methods including circuit and interval training, hill climbing and fat burning. This course includes basic nutrition to help build muscle and/ or reduce body weight utilized in student development of a personal fitness program. This class is designed for students interested in a healthy lifestyle as well as exercise science majors.
