Description: This course provides introductory level students with knowledge and practice in more complicated beginning Aerobic Dance principles. Emphasis is placed on beginning Aerobic Dance technique, vocabulary, strength, and performance concepts. Other topics include additional dance vocabulary, expanded use of weights, and sports nutrition. This course is the second in a series of four aerobic dance courses. It is designed for all students interested in Aerobics as a cardiovascular, movement-oriented sport.
