ENGE 260 Electric Circuits

Description: This course is an introduction to the study of network analysis, basic network theorems, mesh and nodal analysis with independent and controlled sources. Emphasis is placed on steady state and transient responses of networks, complex frequency transformation, alternating current (AC), circuit analysis, power, reactive apparent power and power factor, and balanced three-phase electric systems. This course is intended for students majoring in Engineering or disciplines included in the physical sciences.
