Description: This course is a practical study of grading methods and drafting techniques as applied to site design. Topics include legal descriptions, property line layout, grading, cut and fill, roadways, drainage, site details, and related calculations. Students create grading plans to improve site designs. This course is intended for architecture and landscape architecture students.
