Mrs. Kristina M. Carson is a Counselor/Generalist for the Mesa Academic and Athletics (MAAP) Coordinator. Mrs. Carson has a strong background working in all aspects of the matriculation process, outreach, assessment, orientation, counseling and follow-up support for student athletes, high school, at-risk and international students. In addition, she has worked as an adjunct counselor at Miramar College demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of articulation, transfer agreements and processes, and tutoring programs.
Mrs. Carson has earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from San Diego State University (SDSU) and an M.A. degree in Education with a major in College Counseling from the University of San Diego (USD).
