Eadie Richards holds a B.A. degree in Social Science from San Diego State University and a Masters in Education and Counseling from the University of San Diego. She has worked in the areas of orientation, matriculation, academic and career counseling, placement testing, enrollment and educational planning. Her work at Palomar College included creating components for a career planning class, including the recruitment and selection of guest speakers. She has worked as a health care consultant and manager. In this capacity, she has conducted employee seminars, established needs assessment programs, and delivered formal presentations. (Counseling)
