The Physical Therapst Assistant (PTA) program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

Prepares the student for employment as a PTA. The PTA, working under the supervision of a registered physical therapist, assists in the provision of physical therapy services prescribed by a physician, such as electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, thermotherapy, massage, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation activities.

Orientation Sessions To assist you with your planning and to gain information related to the admission process, the following orientation sessions will be offered on Mesa campus in Room S207 unless otherwise posted:
