Dr. David A. Newnham (Assistant) - American River College
David A. Newnham is Dean of Fine and Applied Arts at American River College. He received his BM and MM at the University of the Pacific and completed his Ph.D. and Post-Doc work at Florida State University. Dr. Newnham has been both an instructor and administrator in the California Community College system since 1985.
