Currently, the Mesa College campus is temporarily closed due to concerns about the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19. The situation is being closely monitored and the San Diego Community College District is responding with an abundance of caution to protect the health and safety of students, employees, and our community. Mesa College will therefore now be operating remotely and for an indefinite period of time. The San Diego Community College District is working with public health agencies to determine when on-campus operations will resume.
During this time that classes and Financial Aid services will continue predominantly remotely as all district campuses and facilities are closed, you can easily check your status of Financial Aid by logging into your account in the Portal, the student registration system, the same system that you use to enroll in classes https://myportal.sdccd.edu. Once logged in, click view financial aid. The information listed there is applicable and up to date. If you have not received a Financial Aid check and believe that you should have, login to your account in the Portal, tap on the Dashboard and check your notifications to see if anything needed is missing.
You can contact our office via general office email or Click here for a full list of Financial Aid Office staff contact information to email directly.
Please note that emails will be answered in the order received between our regular business hours.
