ENGL 205, Critical Thinking and Intermediate Composition meets SDSU/CSU critical thinking requirement.

Transferable Units as Prep for the Major at SDSU

SDSU will accept a total of 12 units of literature and creative writing as preparation for the English Major. This includes any combination of lower division literature courses and up to six units of creative writing courses.

Transfer Information

Students planning to transfer to a four-year college or university should complete courses required for the university major and the general education pattern required by that transfer institution. Course requirements at the transfer institution are subject to change and may be verified by a counselor or by consulting the current university catalog.
