Description: This course introduces the basic concepts of personnel supervision, including role transition, recruitment, training, performance standards, discipline, and performance evaluation. Other topics include writing job descriptions and policy and procedure manuals. Budget management, department layout/design, meetings, management, stress and time management are also included.
