PHYE 123 Fitness Activities

2 - 3 hours lab, 0.5 - 1 units
Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Option

Description: This course includes instruction in the skills necessary to improve aerobic fitness and cardiovascular health. Through fitness topics covered, students will develop an individual fitness program. Aerobic exercise focuses primarily on jogging, progressing to running for the development of comprehensive fitness. This course may be taken four times for credit.
