BLAS 116 Contemporary Social Problems from a Black Perspective

Description: A sociological analysis of institutional variation and the process of social change, and how it affects the Black American. An exploration of those group variations in life style which cannot be accounted for by social condition. Emphasizes contemporary urban situations. An examination of the relations between various racial, cultural, ethnic, and minority groups.
