Description: This course is a practical study of the use and interpretation of construction plans. Students extract construction requirements from building plans and specifications to obtain information needed to install and direct construction, perform building inspections, prepare estimates, perform appraisals, and maintain buildings. This course is intended for students in Architecture, Interior Design, or Building Construction Technology programs and others who are pursuing careers in these fields.
