Description: This course applies previously learned knowledge and skills through supervised dietary services at a healthcare facility. The supervision of the student is shared by the college faculty and the staff of the affiliating institution. This course is for students in the process of obtaining a “Dietetic Service Supervisor Certificate of Performance” which is required and certified by the California State Department of Public Health for long term care food service.
