Description: This course examines the theory of contemporary architectural design. Emphasis is placed on comparisons between architectural theory and current practice in the region. Students interview a local architect and present a critique of that architect's work to the class comparing and contrasting it with the theoretical information presented throughout the semester. This class is designed for architecture majors and anyone interested in architectural theory and practice.
