Description: This basic course presents an overview of the features of the Microsoft Windows operating system and the components of managing files and folders in the Windows environment. In this hands-on course, students learn to use and customize the start menu; work with Windows accessory programs; open data files; manage disks, folders and files; create shortcuts; and customize the desktop.
