Description: This course is a practical approach to the principles and practices of managing income properties, including leasing, tenant relations, collections, and rent schedules; budgets and purchasing; market economics; landlord-tenant law, evictions, prohibited discrimination, property maintenance; taxation; and record keeping, and marketing. This course applies as an elective toward the State's educational requirements for the broker's examination and for the salesperson's license.
