Description: This course covers the economics of land ownership and use and the responsibility of broker, owner and purchaser; terminology and definitions and the varied vocational opportunities in the general field of real estate are also covered. Completion of this course is required prior to taking the exam for the California Real Estate Salesperson's License. This course also applies as an elective toward the State's educational requirements for the broker's examination.
