Description: This laboratory course, emphasizing field experience, includes constellation study, interpretation of celestial cycles, and descriptive observations (with and without telescopes) of a wide variety of astronomical objects and events. The course is designed to supplement Astronomy 101 as a general education laboratory course in the natural science area.
