Description: This course explores Biofeedback as a theoretical and practical discipline that uses physiological monitors to increase awareness and control of normally subconscious glandular and muscular responses for the purpose of increasing physical and psychological health. The course is open to any student with an interest in learning the theories of biofeedback and stress management.
