Description: This course in Tagalog is the first in its language sequence. This is an entry-level course to the Filipino language and culture. In this interactive course, students use the language through speaking, listening, reading, and writing at the novice level. Basic language structures, appropriate forms of address, and vocabulary for communication are examined and explored.
