Description: This course is a study of engineering design with an emphasis on developing drawing skills and techniques for engineers. Course content includes elementary orthographic and pictorial drawing, sections and dimensioning, instrument and freehand drawing is as an aid to visualization and design, and computer-aided design (CAD). This course is designed for the transfer student planning to major in engineering or disciplines included in the physical sciences.
