Posters and Waiver Forms
If you are under 18 years of age you need to have your parent or guardian sign the following TWO waiver forms and bring the forms with you to Canyon Cleanup. If you don't have a printer, we will have the forms on site, but a parent or guardian must drop you off and sign the form before leaving. The forms need to be signed even if your parent/guardian is participating in Canyon Cleanup.
