2009 State Championships
MESA MEN PLACE 9TH AT THE 2009 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!
Some additional season highlights include:
- Marco Osorio 200 IM PCC Champion (New school & PCC record), 8th place State Champs 200 IM
- Chris Quiroz 200 Fly PCC Champion, New school Record in 100 Fly and 200 Fly (also PCC Record), 100 fly 5th state championships 200 fly 8th state championships
- Quan Brown PCC Champion in 1M and 3M diving, 2nd 1M & 4th 3M @ state championships
- 200 Medley and 400 Medley Relay (Marco Osorio, Eric Long, Chris Quiroz, Steve Neville) New school and PCC Records
- 200 Free Relay (Steve Neville, Chris Quiroz, Jerid Hinze, Mike Sensenbaugh) new school and PCC record;

ABOUT COACH RESCH
Head Coach Nathan Resch is in his second year at the helm of men's swimming and diving and water polo. He brings a commitment to developing great student-athletes that succeed in their academic, athletic and career objectives. Coach Resch’s successes as a student-athlete in swimming and water polo at UC Santa Barbara (including 4 big west conference swimming titles, and making the 1994 US Olympic Festival Swimming Team), and coaching achievements at previous appointments as Head Coach of Foothill College Men’s Water Polo, coach at the Stanford Water Polo Club, and Santa Barbara Water Polo Club, adds a wealth of experience to the men’s aquatics programs that promotes academic and athletic achievement in all student-athletes.
