Welcome to the 2019-2020
At Mesa College, faculty, staff, and administrators have a responsibility to our students to continuously improve the teaching and learning process based on our mission and values. To that end, program review serves as a process and mechanism to facilitate continuous improvement of teaching and learning at Mesa College. The purpose of program review is to assess the effectiveness and viability of a given institutional unit. Program review provides an opportunity for each institutional unit to collect and analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, plan ahead, and request resources. Program review enhances institutional effectiveness, fosters continuous improvement of educational quality, and is central to our integrated educational master planning and budgeting decisions. We strive to cultivate a strong culture of inquiry that extends across campus constituencies.
